Lujiazui is worth visiting for its physical contrast with the Bund, not for a checklist of towers and malls. Pick one observation deck only if visibility is good, spend the rest of the visit on the elevated walkways and riverfront, and leave by ferry from Dongchang Road. The crossing turns two skyline stops into one coherent Shanghai route.
