What to report
Please report a source that has changed, a rule applied to the wrong vehicle or traveller, an incorrect port or road status, a broken official link, or a mismatch between a guide’s visible date and structured data. Include the affected page and the smallest useful amount of evidence. Do not send passport, licence, VIN, medical or payment information.
How reports are checked
The claim is checked against the responsible authority and its stated scope. A port or route operation may also need dated confirmation from the receiving office, customs broker or coordinator. A traveller report can trigger an investigation but does not by itself establish a national rule.
How corrections appear
Material changes that affect feasibility, documents, cost risk, safety or timing are added to the guide’s change log and update its visible modification date. Typographic and layout fixes do not pretend to be substantive content updates.
Send a correction
Use the contact page and begin the message with “Correction”. If a high-risk operational fact cannot be reverified promptly, it is shown as unverified rather than left as a current claim.
